Six Years of Quiet Reliability. Then the Rebuild.

Where it started.

HIS came to us in 2020 with a website that had just stopped working and nobody left to fix it. We took it in, moved it to managed hosting, put it behind HTTPS for the first time in its life, tuned the performance, and then did the most valuable thing of all: kept it quietly up to date, every month, for years, with zero drama.

Straight advice.

By 2023 the old theme was holding the site back and couldn’t safely move forward, so we said so. The rebuild proposal was agreed within days. That’s what years of invisible reliability buys: short conversations.

The new site.

The rebuild gave HIS a twelve-page site with nine dedicated service pages, one for each specialism, from confined space cleaning to hygiene auditing. Just as importantly, it was built for self-service: we trained their team across two sessions, and they now manage their own content without waiting on anyone.

The quality bar.

When launch day approached and the content wasn’t quite ready, we advised holding back rather than going live half-done. The site launched properly, looks the part, and stays monitored and maintained on our hosting today.
